Today (14th June -HKT-), Nintendo revealed Metroid Prime 4 for Switch (more information coming soon) and announced Metroid: Samus Returns, a side-scrolling Metroid title for 3DS.

Metroid: Samus Returns is a side-scrolling shooter which will add enhanced features to the classic Metroid games including a more precise aim!

Additionally, Nintendo has also just revealed new Amiibo for Metroid: Samus Returns and a special edition of the game!

Metroid: Samus Returns is due out 15th September, 2017. 3DS owners will be able to download a 3D version of the trailer for free on the Nintendo eShop!
