Resident Evil: Death Island / Biohazard: Death Island, released a new trailer along with a new poster featuring the entire gang from the series up until Resident Evil 3, as the series prepares to debut exclusively in Japanese cinemas.
The new trailer reveals the staff for the new film along with the appearances of the various characters, taken from the Vendetta film. While the staff was revealed, the voice actors for the film weren’t revealed, and since the RE characters are often portrayed by various voice actors throughout the animated releases, they will remain unknown for now.
The staff of the film includes director Eiichiro Hasumi, and Makoto Fukami on the screenplay. The music is done by Rin Kondo, and the CG director is Tomohiro Shimizu. CG Production is being handled by Quebico and the film is being produced by Toms Entertainment, with Kadokawa distributing the film.
Resident Evil / Biohazard Death Island debuts in Japanese cinemas on July 7.

Death Island tells a double story of D.S.O Agent Leon S. Kennedy and BSAA Agent Chris Redfield. In the film, Leon is on a mission to rescue Dr. Antonio Taylor from kidnappers while being halted at every turn by a mysterious woman. At the same time, Chris is investigating a zombie outbreak in San Francisco but has no leads on the outbreak’s origin point, until he finds out that all of the victims initially visited Alcatraz. With nowhere else to go Chris and his team head to Alcatraz, where a new horror awaits him.
