Trisys announced List 118, a horror adventure game with original work by the Yaoi manga artist Ru Karasuma. The game is planned to release in Spring 2023 for PC on DLSite and DLSite Garumani.
List 118 follows a group of boys trapped in a school at midnight who become entangled in a horrific tragedy, and all parts of the game are fully voiced to deliver a horrific tragedy that tears the boys’ hearts out.
▍ List 118 Synopsis
“My weakness is the light that shines through you.”
Tsunagu is a recluse, unable to go to school. One night, his twin brother Yoru takes him to the mountains behind Rokumando High School. There, it is said that a shrine is able to grant one any wish.
“What are you going to ask for, brother?”, Tsunagu asks. “That my little brother will be able to go to school.”, Yoru replies.
And just as we were passing by the school building, Yoru, who was supposed to be holding my hand, disappears and it appears that both the entrance and exit are sealed. Thus, I was trapped inside the school.
By the time I realized this, it was already too late. The sound of something being dragged echoes through the hallways. A scream that made me want to cover my ears.
And then there was…
“Hey…hey you…let’s get you out of there.” In the darkness of Rokumando High School, the tragedy that tears at the boys’ hearts begins.

■ Tsunagu – CV: Shun Horie
The protagonist of the story. He is very shy and is a recluse. Yoru is his twin brother.
■ Yoru – CV: Jun Endo
A bro-con boy that speaks with honorifics but his attitude is crude. He is Tsunagu’s twin brother.
■ Saki – CV: Daisuke Kishio
She has a pair of fine eyebrows. She is a perfect young lady.
■ Kan – CV: Sohei Horigane
A dark-rooted person who is often called cynical.
■ Miyako – CV: Yuki Matsumoto
She is optimistic and carefree. She is Ron and Hain’s best friend.
■ Ron – CV: Tetsuro Noda
A short-tempered, foul-mouthed, and frequent violator of school rules.
■ Hain – CV: Yuu Kobayashi
A firm, cheerful, and caring person. A childhood friend of Ron’s.
■ Zora – CV: Genki Muro
Silent and expressionless. He is a habitual dozer and tardy taker.
■ Yoshino – CV: Hayanaga Sugiura
A member of the baseball club who is an all-around sportsman. He is an optimist who is somewhat outgoing.
