After a mysterious reveal at yesterday’s Xbox Showcase 2023, Capcom officially announced Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess for its previously announced Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms, as well as for PlayStation 5. The announcement also comes with a new trailer that offered a glimpse of its unique world.
Seemingly taking reference from classical tales of Japanese gods, the game has a rather eerie yet beautiful world setting. As the tagline, “Witness an epic clash between the spirit realm and mortal man, featuring traditional Japanese aesthetics,” suggests, it hinted at an exciting balance of action, strategy, and Japanese aesthetic.
