Interactive story game developers Storytaco are expanding their FMV (Full Motion Video) game catalog in the second half of 2025, with numerous new titles set to release. Along with a highly anticipated console and Nintendo release of the hit FMV dating sim Five Hearts Under One Roof, the company will also be releasing three new titles that are all working with new themes and gameplay ideas on different platforms.
“We are collaborating with a couple of production studios to begin releasing three new FMV experiences in Q4,” Storytaco stated on the 28th. “We are involved in every facet from development to launch, including worldwide marketing and live ops, to ensure everything goes according to plan.”

▍Five Hearts Under One Roof: Season 2 Announced
One title mentioned is Five Hearts Under One Roof: Season 2, following the previous successful title, which sold over 300,000 copies. The sequel will be made in collaboration with 3Y Corporation and feature characters players know from the first season, Go Mal-sook, Dong Gran, and Park Min-jeong, along with new characters, better gameplay systems, and an overall heightening of visual quality to emphasize the strong emotional connections players loved when they played the first game.

▍Beauties and the Stranded: A Post-Apocalyptic Romance
In November, the company breaks new ground with Beauties and the Stranded—a first-of-its-kind FMV romance in a post-apocalyptic world! Co-developed with a solo-led indie studio, this title promises to be a raw, emotionally heavy survival story – told in a cinematic, character-driven way within a crumbling bunker.

▍Year-End FMV Simulation Featuring Top Influencers
Coming in late December, Storytaco is also set to release a special collaboration with drama production studio WhyNot Media. The project features a star-studded lineup of popular influencers, including Yoonass, Ssovely, Myungachu, Momorina, and Kkotbbang. Blending classic office romance with a lookbook-inspired concept, the game lets players step behind the camera—visually simulating the experience of “filming” the heroine themselves. This immersive first-person FMV simulation is designed to deliver peak year-end feels, just in time for the holidays.

With this lineup, Storytaco continues to build momentum across mobile, PC, and console, establishing itself as a leader in interactive video storytelling and the go-to label for fans of romance, drama, and visual novel-style games.
