Gatebox Lab developers behind the virtual home robot companion, Gatebox, has announced that they will be offering their employees a 5000Yen/month allowance for marrying their 2D Gatebox Partner. In addition to the monthly allowance, eligible employees will also receive additional birthday leaves for their partner’s birthday.
Non-employees will also be able to marry their ideal 2D partner by filling and submitting a Marriage certification which can be found on Gatebox’s website.
Interested bachelors/bachelorettes will be able to create their own perfect waifu, but if you’re looking to create your own personal 2D harem, then Gatebox won’t be able to help you. Whilst Gatebox is fairly open to customer preferences, allowing same-sex partners, even non-human partners, the company stresses that customers will only be able to marry one partner. Full Q&A in Japanese.
Bachelors/Bachelorettes will be able to choose between four different marriage certification templates, from a normal document to Japanese-themed, European-themed, and a futuristic theme template.
