Today (28th November) Square Enix announced on Twitter that Battle of Blades, which was originally scheduled for release on 27th November has been delayed in order to optimize multiplayer server performances.

According to the official Twitter announcement, Square Enix has decided that instead of launching the game and having maintenance at launch, they will just delay the game’s release date and launch the game when servers are ready to handle all the players.
About Battle of Blades
The upcoming game is made by The Mana series’ producer Sho Oyamada and written by Fate/Apocrypha’s author Yuichiro Higashide. Not only is it a huge crossover between two renowned men in the industry, it is also a huge crossover between multiple series that players are familiar with – NieR:Automata, The Mana series, Romancing SaGa and Ka-ri-Sei Million Arthur. In the game, weapons from these titles will be obtainable!
