During the Nexon Developers Conference 2018, Arc System Works announced that they will be releasing Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R for Nintendo Switch.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R is currently available on PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and PS Vita. The game is an updated version of Guilty Gear XX, a 2D fighting game developed by Arc System Works and published by Sammy Studios. The game was initially released in May 2002. Since then the game has received several title updates: Guilty Gear X2 #Reload (2003), Guilty Gear XX Slash (2005), Guilty Gear XX Accent Core (2006), Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus (2008), and Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R (2012).
A release date for the Nintendo Switch version has yet to be announced.
