Yesterday (7th October), Dengeki announced the third anime season for A Certain Scientific Railgun during the Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival! Additionally, Dengeki Bunko also announced on the same day that A Certain Scientific Accelerator will also be getting an anime adaptation in 2019!

A Certain Scientific Railgun is a spin-off series set in the same time and same universe as A Certain Magical Index. The story revolves around Mikoto Misaka. Key visuals for the third season has also be revealed.
