A new “Battle Athletes Victory” TV anime titled “Battle Athletes Daiundōkai ReSTART!” (バトルアスリーテス 大運動会ReSTART!) is confirmed for 2021 to celebrate the Tokyo Olympics. A teaser visual has been revealed for the announcement.
“Battle Athletes Daiundōkai ReSTART!” is a reboot manga of the series and has begun serialization in July 2020 on Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha’s Comic Ruelle & Comic Jardin manga website.
The new anime features a completely new story and is set in the year 5100, when elite athletes from around the solar system compete to become Cosmic Beauty, the champion of a huge athletic tournament.
