Square Enix today (6th October) starts streaming the 2nd story trailer for its upcoming smartphone game “Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent” (OCTOPATH TRAVELER 大陸の覇者), which is set to release on 28th October.
The game is set several years before the journey of the eight heroes. Orsterra is a land dominated by those with Wealth, Power and Fame. Players will be able to choose one of these three routes to start the game.
The 2nd trailer centers on one of the rulers of the land, “Hero” Titus (CV: Rikiya Koyama), who represents “Power” in the game. Titus established an organization known as Scarlet Wings (緋翼), which is formed by a group of former sinners. They terrorized the land with immense power.
▍Pre-registration Rewards
The game celebrates its pre-registration reaching 70,000 and is now holding a Twitter campaign. Players who follow the official Twitter account and re-tweet the following post will have the opportunity to obtain the soundtrack CD and original acrylic stand of “Octopath Traveler.”
