SEGA and Colorful Palette’s Project Sekai Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku has confirmed a collaboration with pop singer Ado during a livestream on January 19. 2022. In addition, Chinozo and Mikito P will be joining as new creators with newly written songs and the upcoming events have been revealed.
▍Project Sekai Collab with Ado
Two songs from Ado will be added: Her debut song “Usseewa” (うっせぇわ), and “Odo” (踊). Depending on which version players choose, the song will be sung by different in-game characters! The Virtual Singer version will also be posted on the official Project Sekai YouTube channel.
For those who may not familiar with Ado, she is a popular Japanese singer that gains support from the younger generation. In 2020, at the age of 17, she made her debut with the digital single titled “Usseewa”. The song peaked at number 1 on Billboard Japan Hot 100, Oricon Digital Singles Chart, Oricon Streaming Chart, and Spotify Viral 50 Japan. The music video of the song on her YouTube channel reached 100 million views in 148 days after its release.

▍New Unit Song
Chinozo and Mikito P will be joining Project Sekai as the creators of two new unit songs. Chionzo will be composing a new song for Vivid Bad Squad, while Mikito P will be composing a new song for leo/need. The song title of Vivid Bad Squad’s unit song will be revealed later.

A unit song composed by Mikito P for leo/need. If you’re in the Virtual Singer version, Hatsune Miku will sing it instead.
■ Aishite Aishite Aishite (Love Me, Love Me, Love Me)
A new unit song created by Kikuo for Nightcord at 25:00. If you’re in the Virtual Singer version, Hatsune Miku will sing it instead.
▍SNOW MIKU 2022 Celebration
In commemoration of “SNOW MIKU 2022”, a festival where “Snow Miku (Hatsune Miku)” supports Hokkaido, the “SNOW MIKU 2022 Collaboration Commemoration Campaign” will be held. The theme song for this year’s SNOW MIKU, “Kimi’Iro Marin Snow” (lyrics and music by Carlos Hakamada from Saize P), will be added to the game’s playable song lineup.
Furthermore, from February 5th to 12th, a “[SNOW MIKU 2022] Premium Present Gacha” will be held. The gacha will include six exclusive collaboration costumes that can only be worn by each virtual singer.
▍Cup Noodles x Project Sekai
To celebrate Project Sekai’s collaboration with NISSIN’s Cup Noodles, songs related to Cup Noodles will be released on the official YouTube channel of “Project Sekai” in the future.

▍Vivid Bad Squad Sekai Album Releasing on June 1!
The jacket illustration of Vivid BAD SQUAD of “SEKAI ALBUM”, which contains Sekai ver. of all of the Vivid BAD SQUAD songs has been released!
The jacket illustration is drawn by Suou (@sdurorhr). In addition, this ‘SEKAI ALBUM’ will be released in two editions: a normal edition and a limited edition with goods; the limited edition with goods will include an acrylic stand using the jacket’s illustration.
▍Wonderlands×Showtime Is Also Getting a CD!
The fifth single will be Wonderlands×Showtime will be released on March 16, 2022!
This CD is part of the second series of singles that will feature all of the Project Sekai units. In this CD, you can listen to popular Wonderlands×Showtime songs, such as “Nijiiro Stories” (lyrics and composition by OSTER project) and “Once Upon a Dream” (lyrics and composition by YASUHIRO.
There will also be a campaign to present buyers with a “special A3 clear poster” if the five 2nd singles are purchased in conjunction.
▍February Live Schedules
Starting in February, a second rehearsal performance of the new virtual live “Connect Live” will be held in February 2022. This rehearsal performance will be a test performance in preparation for the main performance, and consists will consist of MC and one game-size song. It will last 20 to 30 minutes.
Furthermore, in February 14th, on Valentine’s Day, players can watch a special Valentine’s Day Virtual Live, and obtain the “Valentine 2022” title. For a limited time, you can also purchase a Valentine-themed skin for your avatar, as well as a heart-shaped light stick.
