Famitsu Award (ファミ通アワード) is one of the largest award ceremonies in the Japanese video game industry. The ceremony that was held on 24th April was to honour quality and influential games released in 2016. The hot Pokemon franchise got five awards in total, making it the biggest winner of the night.
