Kadokawa announced at the Natsu no Gakuensai 2022 event that The Detective Is Already Dead <\/a><\/strong>anime would be getting a second season. An announcement trailer for the new season and a visual were also revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trailer also previewed the new voices of the protagonist Kimihiko Kimizuka, which is voiced by Shin Nagai. “I can’t wait to see the detectives, assistants, high school girls, idols, and agents happily moving around on TV again”, the original actor commented at the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
