The P.A. Works x Nitroplus original anime Buddy Daddies<\/a><\/strong> revealed a teaser visual, trailer, main cast, and staff. The television anime is also confirmed to debut in January 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoshiyuki Asai is directing the anime at P.A. Works. Vio Shimokura from Nitroplus drafted the original story and is also overseeing the series scripts with Yuuko Kakihara. Katsumi Enami drafted the original character designs, and Round Table’s Katsutoshi Kitagawa is composing the music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story of Buddy Daddies follows Kazuki Kurusu, a criminal contractor\/coordinator who lives with Rei Suwa, his best friend, and roommate, who is a professional assassin who has been raised since he was a child to be a contract killer. Kazuki is outgoing and loves gambling and women, while Rei is a man of few words who just spends his off time playing video games, given the opportunity. One day, however, the two buddies end up caring for Miri Unasaka, a four-year-old girl whose father is a mob boss, after she accidentally wanders into a gunfight in a hotel while looking for her father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
