Mobile game developer TiMi Studio Group and Capcom announced <\/strong><\/a>that the two companies are jointly working on a new Monster Hunter<\/strong><\/a> game for mobile devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new title is said to reproduce the hunting actions that define the Monster Hutner series, while offering a new and unique experience for mobile devices. It has been quite a while since we’ve received a monster hunter title focused on Hunting, ever since Monster Hunter Explore officially shut down back on November 27, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the announcement, the TiMi and Capcom also stated that the first-time partnership between the two companies will “combine the experience and strengths of both sides, allowing Monster Hunter to scale to more platforms with an aim to give global hunters” which all but confirms that this game will be released globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TiMi Studio Group is the same studio behind Pokemon Unite,<\/strong><\/a> and Call of Duty Mobil<\/strong><\/a>e<\/strong><\/a>. It will be interesting to see how the studio tackles the Monster Hunter IP for mobile games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monster Hunter is Capcom’s long-running gaming franchise that began with the original title on March 11, 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core of the series is beating on huge monsters with huge sticks. As silly as that premise might sound, the games go about this with a sense of realism, for the most part keeping hunter’s moves fairly realistic with only rolling to dodge, and grounded attacks from your characters as they have all been motion captured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hunt a monster, taking its materials, creating new gear, and hunt more monsters has been the core of the series, and it has since released five mainline titles with multiple spinoffs, expansions, online-only games, and even mobile titles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
