The staff behind the anime Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre<\/strong><\/a> anime series unveiled a short clip previewing the animation for the Tomie Photo story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Netflix also revealed a couple more Ito stories which will be included in the anthology, including The Story of the Mysterious Tunnel, Mold, Layers of Fear, The Thing That Drifted Ashore, and Back Alley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cast members for the aforementioned stories include Shun Horie, Tomomi Mineuchi, and Risa Mizuno in The Story of the Mysterious Tunnel, Daisuke Hirakawa, Kousuke Okano, and Ken Uo in Mold. Layers of Fear will have Mina Kobayashi, and The Thing that Drifted Ashore will feature Kaito Ishikawa and Y\u016bko Kobayashi, and finally Yuuto Suzuki and Seiko Ueda in Back Alley. While these cast members have been announced for these stories, the characters they are voicing have yet to be announced. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre debuts on January 19 exclusively on Netflix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
