Aniplex started streaming a new promotional video for the anime adaptation of Kentaro Yabuki’s Ayakashi Triangle<\/a><\/strong> manga. The promotional video previews both the opening theme song “The Hot Winds Swirl and Turn” (\u71b1\u98a8\u306f\u6d41\u8ee2\u3059\u308b) by Philosophy no Dance and the ending theme song “Itowanai” (\u53ad\u308f\u306a\u3044) by MIMiNARI feat. Miyu Tomita and Kana Ichinose. At the end of the trailer, we also see that it will be debuting on January 9, 2023 on Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayakashi Triangle focuses on exorcist ninja Matsuri Kazamaki, as he tries to defend his childhood friend, the Ayakashi Medium Suzu Kanade, from evil spirits called ayakashi. However, during a battle to save Suzu’s life, Matsuri is turned into a girl after being cursed by Shirogane, the King of Ayakashi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With no apparent way to reverse the transformation, Matsuri is forced to live publicly as a girl in the foreseeable future as he and Suzu deal with both the friendly and the malicious ayakashi they encounter as well as their growing romantic feelings for each other, all while trying to break Matsuri’s curse for him to return to his original masculine form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noriaki Akitaya is directing the anime at CONNECT, with Kei Umabiki as assistant director. Shogo Yasukawa is in charge of the series scripts. Hideki Furukawa is designing the characters. Jin Aketagawa is the sound director, and Rei Ishizuka is composing the music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
