TBS Animation recently published on their YouTube channel a brand new trailer for the TV anime adaptation of Nana Mikoshiba\u2019s\u00a0The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0light novel series. The trailer reveals that the anime will begin its broadcast on January 5, 2023. It also previews the anime’s opening song, “Dystopia”, by the musical group Sizuk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World is a Japanese light novel series written by Nana Mikoshiba and illustrated by Riko Korie. It has been published online via the user-generated novel publishing website Sh\u014dsetsuka ni Nar\u014d since October 2019. Kodansha Comics has licensed a manga adaptation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story takes place in the Arnold Academy of Magic, which is a school for the elite\u2026and Ray White is just your ordinary guy. In fact, he doesn\u2019t seem particularly skilled with magic at all and is a bit of a klutz. Which is why he has nothing to do with the rumor that one of the great magicians, the Iceblade Sorcerer, is a member of the incoming class\u2026right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
