Pony Canyon started streaming the first trailer for the anime adaptation of Mitsuru Kido’s Kawaisugi Crisis (Too Cute Crisis) <\/a><\/strong>manga at today’s Jump Festa 2023. A new key visual and more cast members were also revealed. The anime will start broadcasting on April 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jun Hatori will be directing the anime at Synergy SP. Aya Satsuki will be handling the series composition and Mayumi Watanabe will be the character designer. Music is being composed by Shun Narita and Yusuke Seo, and sound effects are being produced by Yuka Kazama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kawaisugi Crisis is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mitsuru Kido. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Jump Square magazine since October 2019, with its chapters collected into six tank\u014dbon volumes as of October 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story follows Liza Luna, who is an alien from the Azathoth Empire, an advanced civilization with numerous planets under its control. As a member of the survey team, Luna comes to investigate Earth as the first step to its invasion. At first, she was shocked to find that Earth’s civilization is at a far lower level than hers, but begins to rethink her plan after stopping by a caf\u00e9 and encounters a cat, a creature that is “too cute” and couldn’t be found on any other planet in the universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
