The second season of the anime “Bastard\u203c Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy<\/a><\/strong>,” based on Kazushi Hagiwara’s original manga, is scheduled to release on Netflix in 2023. The new season is titled Hell’s Requiem Arc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the announcement, a new teaser trailer and a key visual are unveiled. Kazushi Hagiwara, the author of the manga, also showcased an illustration celebrating the decision to produce the second season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second season will take place two years after the first season Ankoku no Hakaishin, which ended with the fierce battle between Dark Schneider and Abigail and the collapse of the Kingdom of Meta-llicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main cast and staff will reprise their roles from the first season. In addition, Takuma Terashima plays Joshua Belahia, the samurai general of the former A-Ian-Meide country, who also appeared in the final episode of the first season. Sho Hayami plays Nils Schon Mifune, Junichi Suwabe plays Yngwei Von Mattstr\u00f6m, and Koji Yusa plays Zion Sol Vandenverg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
