Publisher\u00a0dramatic create\u00a0and developer\u00a0Operetta Due announced today that a trial version of their The Crimson Flower that Divides: Lunar Coupling<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0otome game is now available on the Nintendo Switch’s eShop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trial version of the game will allow players to play the entirety of the prologue, which will introduce you briefly to the game’s love interests, as well as the plot. In addition to this, players who purchase the game on the eShop until the global release on February 23, 2023, will obtain a 10% early bird discount (US$42.20 instead of US$47!). A Steam version is also planned to release in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>The Crimson Flower that Divides: Lunar Coupling Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The story is set on a continent where the number of women has been drastically reduced due to an incurable disease. Naala, a young girl living in the southern country of Ruse, loses her parents at an early age when her mother was abducted by the Northern country, Nasula. She is supported by her childhood friend, the next king of Ruse, Olli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several years later\u2026 Naala was taken in by the royal family and declared Olli\u2019s fiance, and thus, has been living her days peacefully that way. Until one fateful day, when she is attacked and taken by the Nasura army. What possibly lies in Naala\u2019s destiny after this incident?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
