A studio called Yugijitsu studio recently announced a titled called Breakthrough<\/strong><\/a>, the studio’s attempt at creating a visual novel with the focus of teaching its players foreign languages through engaging with various stories from other cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game is part of the studio’s vision to “make impactful games”, and lets you play quests and engage with characters to unlock new flashcards, story content, and other scenarios while learning more about a different language. The game features a colorful stylized art style and each character in the game has their own heart-warming story that you’ll only be able to fully experience if you can keep up with the game’s lessons and complete the minigames and challenges throughout their stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The developers behind Breakthrough have also launched an alpha test for the game, for both iOS <\/strong><\/a>and Android<\/strong><\/a>. The game is currently available in English, Spanish, French, and Russian, with more languages coming soon. The game will be available on both platforms for a fee, but once you buy it you can play it anywhere as it doesn’t require an online connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
