The 16bit Sensation: Another Layer<\/strong><\/a> anime series produced by studio Silver, revealed the anime’s cast and staff, along with its opening theme song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anime casts Aoi Koga as the protagonist Konoha Akisato, Atsushi Abe as Mamoru Rokuda, Ayako Kawasumi as Kaori Shimoda, and Yui Horie as Meiko Uehara. The staff of the anime includes director Takashi Sakuma, and Tamiki Wakaki will be penning the original story alongside Tatsuya Takahashi. The character design will be handled by Masakatsu Sasaki, and Yashikin will be composing the music with Satoshi Motoyama as the sound director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anime’s theme song will be performed by Shoko Nakagawa, titled “65535”. The anime also released a new visual, along with a 16-bit version of it, which you can see below for comparison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anime is slated to debut in October 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>About 16bit Sensation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

16bit Sensation is a manga series created and illustrated by Tamaki Wakaki. The series initially began as a Doujinshi at the 2016 Comic Market and was conceived by Tatsuya Takahashi and Misato Mitsumi, until it was turned into a manga series by Kadokawa Shoten and is now being handled by Tamiki Wakaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series was based on the trio’s original experiences working at Aquaplus and follows Meiko Uehara, a college student who began working part-time at a PC shop in 1992, though the story is actually a front for an erotic games developer for bishojo games. The rest of the story follows Meiko as she becomes a sub-graphic artist even though she’s never drawn anything adult in her life, and has to strive to be a creator of erotic games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anime, Another Layer does not follow the manga’s story and tells an entirely new story by the writers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
