Level Infinite and Shiro Games announced that its 4x strategy game Dune: Spice Wars<\/strong><\/a> based on the universe created by Frank Herbert, will finally be leaving access after almost a year and a half later this September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game’s release announcement was shown through a new 1.0 release date trailer showing the game in its completed state, no longer being considered beta footage by the developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Players take command of their own regime found on Arrakis with the goal of expanding their own faction to riches and glory against AI or other players, using a mix of diplomacy, resource management, subterfuge, sabotage, and intelligence gathering to take control of the regions and come out on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
