No more Naruto and Boruto<\/a><\/strong>? In Jump Festa 2018, the\u00a0series’ creator\u00a0Masashi Kishimoto (\u5cb8\u672c \u6589\u53f2) revealed\u00a0his desire to get over his hit titles, while at the same time\u00a0announcing a new work currently in planning.<\/p>\n

Kishimoto, albeit not making an appearance in the event, wrote a letter\u00a0that directed at his fans. Here is the content:<\/p>\n

“To all of you at Jump Festa:<\/em>
\n It’s really cold today. Thank you for coming!<\/em>
\n Seriously! Thank you you all for coming!<\/em>
\n I am Masashi Kishimoto, the creator\u00a0of Boruto and Naruto.<\/em>
\n I have been very much involved in Boruto since 2017.<\/em>
\nIt had of course a\u00a0manga and a TV anime that has already begun.<\/em>
\nI have always been working on it.\u00a0<\/em>
\n When Boroto’s movie came out,<\/em>
\n I thought,<\/em>
\n “that’s enough already, I can’t draw it anymore”.<\/em>
\n It’s bad to limit myself.<\/em>
\nI want to achieve more in 2018.<\/em>
\n Now that Naruto’s Hollywood adaption is going smoothly.<\/em>
\n The games are very good.<\/em>
\nThanks to you guys, <\/em>
\nboth Boruto and Naruto have been thriving.<\/em>
\n Weekly Shonen Jump has also been thriving,<\/em>
\nand it’s 50 year old in 2018!<\/em>
\n I guess I have to make some\u00a0contribution to celebrate such achievements –\u00a0<\/em>
\na new work in which I am going to break my limit.<\/em><\/p>\n

The manga pages show a cat-like creature and guys with katana. Fans are guessing the genre is\u00a0Japanese fantasy. Details about this\u00a0coming manga remain mysterious.<\/p>\n

Besides, a new visual of TV anime Boruto: Naruto Next Generations (BORUTO-\u30dc\u30eb\u30c8- NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS) is released today. It is illustrated by\u00a0Kishimoto.<\/p>\n
