Fairy Tail (\u30d5\u30a7\u30a2\u30ea\u30fc\u30c6\u30a4\u30eb) mangaka\u00a0Hiro Mashima (\u771f\u5cf6 \u30d2\u30ed) made several\u00a0announcements on Twitter yesterday. Although the manga is already over, it still has plenty to offer in the coming year!<\/p>\n

\"Fairy<\/a><\/p>\n

Fairy Tail was\u00a0published on\u00a0Weekly Shonen Magazine between\u00a02006 and 2017, and the TV anime adaption has already got 277 episodes in four years! Finally, the show is going to\u00a0wrap up soon. According to Mashima’s tweet, the last\u00a0series will air\u00a0in 2018 Autumn. There is no information as to how many cour it will get.<\/p>\n

Second, two\u00a0spin-off manga are in preparation by\u00a0Mashima. One work is a spin-off\u00a0sequel-ish manga and the other is a brand new short spin-off work.<\/p>\n

Last of all, the mangaka is making\u00a0a completely original manga for serialisation on\u00a0Weekly Shonen Magazine start ing 27th June 2018.<\/p>\n

Mashima did not give any concrete details in\u00a0his\u00a0announcements.<\/p>\n
