Two new visuals are revealed today for Hirohiko Araki JoJo Exhibition: Ripples of Adventure (\u8352\u6728\u98db\u5442\u5f66\u539f\u753b\u5c55 JOJO \u5192\u967a\u306e\u6ce2\u7d0b), which will be held in Nagasaki and Ishikawa in 2020. The project is a celebration of the 30th anniversary of Hirohiko Araki\u2019s (\u8352\u6728\u98db\u5442\u5f66) fantasy manga, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (\u30b8\u30e7\u30b8\u30e7\u306e\u5947\u5999\u306a\u5192\u967a).<\/p>\n

The key visuals imitate the styles of famous artwork, Irises, by Japanese lacquerer Ogata K\u014drin (\u5c3e\u5f62\u5149\u7433), which is originally a six-panel by\u014dbu folding screens portraying the delicacy beauty of the flowers, while Hirohiko Araki replaced the blue irises with his signature JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure characters.<\/p>\n

The exhibition was held in Tokyo and Osaka, before going to Nagasaki and Ishikawa. It encompassed the entirety of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’s history and acted as a culmination of its 30 years of publication.<\/p>\n

Featuring about 200 exhibits and 280 original artwork from Araki, both old and new, the exhibition hall utilizes various technologies to create the largest displays in the history of the JoJo manga series.<\/p>\n
