Based on the manga series written and illustrated by Kagiji Kumanomata (\u718a\u4e4b\u80a1\u9375\u6b21), \u201cSleepy Princess in the Demon Castle\u201d (\u9b54\u738b\u57ce\u3067\u304a\u3084\u3059\u307f) confirms an anime adaptation premiere in 2020. A teaser visual is revealed together with the main cast and staff.<\/p>\n

The anime is directed by \u201cTada Never Falls in Love\u201d director Mitsue Yamazaki (\u5c71\u5d0e \u5149\u6075) and animated by Doga Kobo (\u52d5\u753b\u5de5\u623f). \u201cShin chan\u201d scriptwriter Yoshiko Nakamura (\u4e2d\u6751 \u80fd\u5b50) is in charge of series composition. \u201cHow Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?\u201d Ai Kikuchi (\u83ca\u6c60 \u611b) is handling character designs. Inori Minase (\u6c34\u702c \u3044\u306e\u308a) will play the protagonist, Princess Syalis.<\/p>\n

A captured princess just wants a good night\u2019s sleep!<\/p>\n

Imprisoned in the castle of the Demon King, all spoiled-sweet Princess Syalis dreams of is a good night\u2019s sleep! Shhh…<\/p>\n

Kidnapped by the Demon King and imprisoned in his castle, Princess Syalis is\u2026bored.<\/p>\n

She decides to while away the hours by sleeping, but getting a good night\u2019s rest turns out to be a lot of work! She begins by fashioning a DIY pillow out of the fur of her Teddy Demon guards and an \u201cair mattress\u201d from the magical Shield of the Wind. The princess\u2019s hapless demonic guards soon discover that their captive expects to be treated like, well, a princess. Things go from bad to worse\u2014for her captors\u2014when some of Princess Syalis\u2019s schemes end in her untimely\u2014if temporary\u2014demise and she chooses the Forbidden Grimoire for her bedtime reading\u2026<\/p>\n
