The live-action film adaptation of Kaiu Shirai (\u767d\u4e95 \u30ab\u30a4\u30a6) and Posuka Demizu (\u51fa\u6c34 \u307d\u3059\u304b) shonen manga “The Promised Neverland\u201d (\u7d04\u675f\u306e\u30cd\u30d0\u30fc\u30e9\u30f3\u30c9)<\/a> reveals two more casts.<\/p>\n

Japanese TV drama \u201cHero\u201d and \u201cYour Home is My Business!\u201d series actress Keiko Kitagawa (\u5317\u5ddd \u666f\u5b50), right above, will play Isabella (also known as Mama), who is the caretaker of the orphanage. Comedian Naomi Watanabe (\u6e21\u8fba \u76f4\u7f8e) will play Krone, who helps Isabella to take care of the children.<\/p>\n

As previously announced, \u201cLet Me Eat Your Pancreas\u201d actress Minami Hamabe (\u6d5c\u8fba \u7f8e\u6ce2) stars Emma, while actor Jyo Kairi (\u57ce\u6867\u540f) stars Ray, and Rihito Itagaki (\u677f\u57a3 \u674e\u5149\u4eba) stars Norman. The movie is directed by Y\u016bichir\u014d Hirakawa (\u5e73\u5ddd\u96c4\u4e00\u6717), who is known to direct the \u201cRookies\u201d series and live-action movie \u201cErased\u201d.<\/p>\n

The story follows a group of orphaned children in their escape plan from an orphanage, which secretly supplies kids to feed the demons. Isabella first appears as a loving and affectionate mother towards the children but holds this dirty secret in the dark. The intellectual battle between Isabella and the children will be the highlight.<\/p>\n

The movie is scheduled to premiere on 18th December 2020 in Japan.<\/p>\n
