The second season of TV anime \u201cRe:Zero \u2212 Starting Life in Another World\u201d (Re\uff1a\u30bc\u30ed\u304b\u3089\u59cb\u3081\u308b\u7570\u4e16\u754c\u751f\u6d3b)<\/a> announces to delay its premiere date to\u00a0July 2020 as the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease has affected the anime production. The anime is originally scheduled for April 2020.<\/p>\n

The new premiere date will be announced later on its official Twitter and the release date for the CD of OP theme song \u201cRealize\u201d by Konomi Suzuki (\u9234\u6728\u3053\u306e\u307f) will be delayed to 26th August 2020.<\/p>\n

The second season will follow the Everlasting Contract Arc in the 10th volume of the light novel. The story starts with Subaru and Emilia heading toward the Sanctuary, while Subaru trying to bring Roswaal home. However, when past and present collide, he would have to come face-to-face with a Witch who lives in his dreams.<\/p>\n

Also, the edit version of the 1st season is currently streaming in Japan since January. Several screenshots of episode 18 and 19 have been revealed. Episode 18 will air on 11th March.<\/p>\n
