\u201cBakumatsu Rock Hollow Soul\u201d (\u5e55\u672bRock \u865a\u9b42), the sequel project of Marvelous\u2019 multimedia franchise \u201cBakumatsu Rock\u201d (\u5e55\u672bRock)<\/a>, has revealed the visuals and cast for its new characters.<\/p>\n

The sequel project is set five years after Sakamoto Ry\u014dma (\u5742\u672c\u9f8d\u99ac) and the others have already overthrown the oppressive Tokugawa Shogunate, which has been having a tight grip on music. The Shogunate has been subjugating people who love rock music by using idols, and brainwashing people with their \u201cHeavenly Songs\u201d. Sakamoto Ryouma then led a revolution with other rockers, to overthrow the shogunate and its idols.<\/p>\n

The sequel project includes a new manga by Akira Kazumiya (\u30ab\u30ba\u30df\u30e4 \u30a2\u30ad\u30e9), which launches on 26th January for the Comic Polca website. Further information about the other media related to this sequel project will be revealed later.<\/p>\n
