The official Twitter of Hiro Mashima (\u771f\u5cf6 \u30d2\u30ed), the creator of \u201cFairy Tail\u201d, today (12th June) announces that its adventure manga \u201cEDENS ZERO\u201d is inspiring an anime adaptation.<\/p>\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>About \u201cEDENS ZERO\u201d<\/h4>\n

\u201cEDENS ZERO\u201d starts serializing in Kodansha’s Weekly Sh\u014dnen Magazine on 27th June 2018, with its chapters collected into nine tank\u014dbon volumes as of April 17, 2020.<\/p>\n

The series follows Shiki Granbell, an orphan raised by robots on the deserted theme park planet Granbell, meets and befriends Rebecca and her cat Happy when they visit the park in order to record videos for the video-sharing website Aoneko Channel. Shortly after their meeting, Rebecca and Happy were abducted by residents of the theme park which later revealed to be a ruse to make Shiki leave the planet with Rebecca and Happy since all the residents are about to shut down. Shiki rescues her and together escapes the planet to explore the Sakura Cosmos with Shiki aiming to gain 100 friends along the way.<\/p>\n
