WFS announced that the upcoming \u201cKnights of Sidonia\u201d mobile game was\u00a0officially titled as \u201cKnights of Sidonia: Shoui no Kizuna\u201d (\u30b7\u30c9\u30cb\u30a2\u306e\u9a0e\u58eb \u638c\u4f4d\u30ce\u7d46)<\/a>. The game is set to launch in 2021 and its pre-registration also opened on April 24.<\/p>\n

Players can now pre-register the game via the official site<\/a> or following the Official Twitter. Players will receive a special costume for Ena Hoshijiro when the pre-registrations reaches 30,000.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0franchise has also revealed a special video that looks back at the story of the \u201cKnights of Sidonia\u201d anime. The series\u2019 brand-new anime film \u201cKnights of Sidonia: Ai Tsumugu Hoshi\u201dwill open on May 14 in Japan.<\/p>\n

The series follows the adventures of Garde pilot Nagate Tanikaze, who lived in the underground layer of Sidonia since birth and was raised by his grandfather. Never having met anyone else, he trains himself in an old Guardian pilot simulator every day, eventually mastering it. After his grandfather’s death, he emerges to the surface and is selected as a Guardian pilot, just as Sidonia is once again threatened by the Gauna.<\/p>\n
