<\/p>\nThe TV anime adaptation of Kagune Maruyama’s \u201cOverlord\u201d light novel series is getting the fourth season and a brand-new anime film!<\/p>\n

The anime film will adapt the light novels’ Holy Kingdom Arc (\u8056\u738b\u56fd\u7de8). A new key visual is also revealed for the fourth season. But the release dates for the two anime projects are not yet revealed.<\/p>\n

The main cast and staff will reprise their roles for the fourth season. The returning crew includes Naoyuki Itou as director, Yukie Sugawara as script supervisor, and Satoshi Tasaki as character designer. Madhouse again is animating the series.<\/p>\n
South Korean artist so-bin, who designed the cover artwork for the \u201cOverlord\u201d light novels and designed the new key visuals, will assume work on the anime’s original character designs. So-bin also revealed a new illustration for the fourth season.<\/p>\n
