It is told by the anime\u2019s original character Biwa (CV: Aoi Yuki), a blind traveling minstrel, who meets Taira no Shigemori (CV: Takahiro Sakurai), heir to his clan. Bearing a supernatural sight that can perceive ghosts, Biwa proclaims to him a prophecy of his clan&#8217;s downfall.<\/p>\n<p>Naoko Yamada is directing the anime at Science Saru, the studio who produces Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! and Japan Sinks: 2020.
