On 3rd Oct, 110\u00a0Industries announced a brand new action game from the creators of Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive, and Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball titled Wanted: Dead. During the live-stream, 110 Industries also revealed a short teaser trailer along with short interviews with the people behind the new game.<\/p>\n

During the live-stream Hiroaki Matsui, the director of Wanted: Dead explained that “the protagonist of the story is a strong woman with a large build.” Matsui also explained that she is very much an ordinary human and has her own problems just like anyone else would in real life.<\/p>\n

Natsuki Tsurugai, Lead Designer of the game revealed that from the team was trying to make a hardcore game, stating that “Most Japanese publishers are headed down a pather where they want a lot of casual games. But 110 Industries was straightforward from the get-go and said they wanted a hardcore game.”<\/p>\n

Whilst the live-stream didn’t feature any live gameplay demonstration, in the teaser trailer released, a glimpse of the gameplay can be seen. The teaser video also suggests that the game may be set in Hong Kong. Wanted: Dead is slated for PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game is expected to launch in 2022.<\/p>\n
