Kadokawa revealed the promotional video for the anime adaptation of Hotondoshindeiru’s Uncle From Another World<\/a><\/strong> comedy manga at today’s AnimeJapan 2022. The anime is confirmed to premiere this July. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anime also revealed a collaboration with Sonic the Hedgehog, with a special collab visual and video showcasing Ojisan’s love on this Sega’s signature characters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was also announced that Mayu Maeshima performs the anime’s opening theme song “story.” Yuka Iguchi performs the ending theme song “Ichibanboshi Sonority” (\u4e00\u756a\u661f\u30bd\u30ce\u30ea\u30c6\u30a3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anime is directed by Shigeki Kawai and animated by Atelier Pontdarc.  Kenta Ihara (Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious) is overseeing and writing the series scripts. Kazuhiro Ota is designing the characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
