Bandai Namco announced One Piece Odyssey<\/a><\/strong>, a new RPG bringing together an all-new gameplay experience with original story and new characters. It is set to release in 2022 on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.\u3000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announced during a special One Piece livestream, the game is a project to celebrate the manga’s 25th anniversary. The new game promised to be an authentic and immersive new entry rooted in canon and sure to retain the humor and chemistry of the anime with Odai\u2019s involvement and starring the original Japanese VO actors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Piece Odyssey is developed by ILCA, who is known to develop Pok\u00e9mon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, and acted as support for other major games such as Ace Combat and Dragon Quest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The manga creator Eiichiro Oda is supervising and create the original story of the game. He referred to the game: \u201cIt felt like I was watching a MOVIIIE!!! What incredible immersion!!\u201d in a written message revealed during the livestream. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
