WINNING ELEVEN 2017
Japanese Gamer Reactions:
"Not too different from the Console version, quite fun."
"Who knew there’d be a day that you can play WE on mobile"
"Older iPhones can’t play… Sad."
The game everyone has been playing on console, has just reached mobile devices. Up until now, most football fans only have FIFA Mobile.
Winning Eleven’s mobile transition, unlike FIFA’s, stays true to its heritage. Players do actually play the Winning Eleven they know on mobile, as to FIFA’s collectible card football game.
Winning Eleven 2017’s mobile game will be played in the same way as the console version. The game runs surprisingly smooth, football fans be sure to try it out!
Chinese Paladin: Mirror Quest
仙劍奇俠傳 幻璃鏡
QooApp Reactions:
"Drop rates are decent, equipments and skills all require $$ and their quite expensive. Mission rewards are quite bad. The setbacks are realy if you don’t pay. The actions are slow as well… Delete. "
Carrying the name of Chinese Paladin, a renowned Chinese series, the game’s visual designs are pretty decent.
Players have a certain control over combat, and the designs of monsters and enemies enhance the overall ambiance of the game. As a mobile game, it seriously isn’t bad.
Unfortunately, such a satisfyingly complete game is paired with the single worse system in mobile games, Shards. Without getting any in-app purchases, players will face some serious setbacks in-game. And to top it all off, the game includes features that has to be bought. If this doesn’t scare away new players, nothing will.
Aerial Legends
エアリアルレジェンズ
Japanese Gamer Reactions:
"Didn’t expect much, but it turned out better than I thought!"
"The game itself is not bad, but it doesn’t feel like it will go big, the future seems quite bleak."
"Hmm… It’ll probably shut down after a month right?"
The graphics and character designs aren’t exactly great, but the game has an unexplainable sense of satisfaction.
The actual gameplay is much better than the initial impression suggests. Asides from summoning characters, players can shoot out an additional unit
from the cannon, as well as move the player base mid battle!
There’s something about watching a bunch of small figures fighting
that makes you feel good. Definitely a game worth a shot.
Zero Kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho
ゼロから始める魔法の書
Japanese Gamer Reactions:
"Typical GREE game"
"Such an outdated system"
"Hope it comes out in more languages"
This game is a turn-based game, with frankly, nothing special. Asides from featuring characters from the anime series, the graphics are only so-so-, everything is just plainly mediocre.
The only selling point of the game is the title. But as it turns out, the title alone seems to be good enough to draw in fans of the series!
Pokémon: Magikarp Jump
Japanese Gamer Reactions:
"The theme song is awesome"
"If it wasn’t a Pokemon game, I don’t think any one would play."
"Haven’t really touched Pokemon before, but its quite cute"
The aim of the game is to raise your very own Magikarp, training it to jump as high as it can.
If it wasn’t for Pokemon reputation, the game is just a casual tap game. But surely, Pokemon die-hard fans will still happily play Magikarp Jump.
