Sony’s subsidiary ForwardWorks has postponed the release of its classic golf title New Everybody’s Golf (New みんなのGOLF) on PS4, but a mobile adaption will be coming out soon instead.
Everybody’s Golf (or Hot Shot Golf in the U.S.) on mobile is now available for pre-registration. It is the second mobile game Sony develops after Fate/Grand Order.
The Everybody’s Golf series has already published 11 games exclusively on Playstation since 1997. It has been well received for its cartoon characters and feature of real golf players as well as characters from other games. The new PS4 spin-off was originally set to release in August this year.
Beside the classic title’s mobile remake, ForwardWorks will also produce and release various mobile games in the coming years. The titles announced include:
■ What Did I Do To Deserve This, My Lord? Dash!
■ Arc The Lad
■ Wild Arms
■ Sora to Umi no Aida
■ Disgaea
■ Yomawari: Night Alone
■ Project Field
■ Dokodemo Issho
■ Pa Rappa The Rapper
■ Summer Holiday 20th Century.
