A free limited version of the app will be released in Summer 2017.
Whilst the service is free until 2018, Nintendo has revealed pricing for the service (as seen above) on their company official website. Currently, they has confirmed that service is available for U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Pricing may vary at launch.
