A PS4 Dissidia Final Fantasy was announced in the game’s livestream yesterday. The game, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, will be out in early 2018.
Dissidia Final Fantasy is an action RPG released on PSP in 2008. The sequel Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy was later released also on PSP. The mobile version Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia has been launched recently. Despite being from the same series, their systems are nothing close to the arcade version.
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will adopt the three on three competition mode from the arcade version and get an original system produced specially to cater PS4. Players of this version cannot compete with players of the arcade game, however.
