Publisher Kemco and developer Water Phoenix announced that they will be releasing the visual novel game Stand by You on PlayStation 4, 5, and Nintendo Switch on October 14 in Japan. Currently, the game is also available for pre-order with a 30% OFF discount on Nintendo eShop.
Stand by You first launched for iOS and Android on November 5, 2015, in Japan, followed by PC via DMM Games on November 12. An English release followed for iOS and Android on November 24, 2017, and for PC via Steam on December 8.
A crowdfunding campaign has been conducted for the Playstation and Switch port from February to March of this year. In this remake version, all the graphics have been redrawn and the game systems have been improved to make it easier to play.

This is a story of two people alone in a ruined world, a girl who keeps dying and on a journey to live.
The main character, Kyoya, wakes up in a dimly lit room. According to a girl passing by, the world has come to an end. Unwilling to believe it, Kyoya travels through the ruins with the girl to search for other creatures.
But the girl has a “mission.” To atone for the sins of mankind, however, she must continue to die. Dozens, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of times. She breathes out and comes back to life. As they watch each other, the girl knows nothing but pain, but Kyoya wants to teach her happiness.
