DeNA’s upcoming mobile rhythm game Uta Macross Smartphone De Culture (歌マクロス スマホDeカルチャー) announced few days ago that an Android beta was going to be released. At 15:00 (GMT +9) today, the beta was officially released.
There are 5,000 vacancies available on first come, first served basis. The number of testers admitted may be subject to adjustment. The testing will last until 16:59 on 29th June.
Uta Macross is based off the classic Sci-fi anime series Macross (マクロス), which revolves around conflicts that involves humanity and extraterrestrial species across the vast universe. The game includes characters from the past shows, including Freyja Wion and Mikumo Guynemer from Macross Delta, as well as Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier.

The game is set for Summer release this year.
