TO Books, the publisher for Honobonoru500 and Nama’s The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash (Saijaku Tamer wa Gomihiroi no Tabi o Hajimemashita) light novel series announced that the series is getting a TV anime adaptation!
The series follows Young Ivy, a person reborn into a fantasy world with little memories of her past life, but got unfortunately got the short end of the stick when she’s assigned to the world’s weakest class of Tamer, and with no rank! All but disowned by her parents, she decides to live off the land and manages to tame a tiny slime which she names Sora. The two travel the world living off people’s scraps and making the best out of it!
The anime also has a teaser website now that shows off the show’s visual, but no further info has been revealed at this time.

Being so weak, her family practically disowned her and the village blamed the misfortunes of the village upon her, she is left with no choice but to leave at a young age, to survive in a world living off of scraps and land. One day, however, even with her low rank, she manages to tame a slime she names Sora, with the rather unique ability to absorb organic, and inorganic matter!
The pair team up and go on a quest for survival, aiding each other and becoming great friends, forming a bond beyond master, and monster.
