▍About World II World
Unlike most mobile titles, World II World strips away the social elements of other mobile games and is a strictly single-player RPG. In this story, three worlds are on the brink of collapse due to an unknown entity, and it’s up to six protagonists to stop that from happening. The game’s story will be updated weekly, in a similar format to manga publications and magazines like Shonen Jump, creating a format where players can engage in and discuss the story just like their favourite comics.
The game is said to feature over 160 characters on launch, each with unique character traits and personalities.
The 2D sidescrolling game will be split into two screens, where you can enjoy different stories unfold on the upper and lower screens. As the game is set in a world divided into two, the scenario will proceed separately on the upper and lower screens, telling a duo story with combat encounters.
This kind of system is a first in mobile games, as this sort of thing was done before on the Nintendo DS, but is fairly uncommon, and possibly never done on mobile.
