Studio Sai is working on what it dubs a dating action game called Eternights coming to Playstation consoles and PC. The game was originally slated for release in early 2023, but a recent preview video delayed the game’s release to summer 2023.
The game is a 3D action game which, as described by the studio’s founder is a “unique blend of dating and action where players can explore a post-apocalyptic world filled with danger, love, and adventure.” The game looks to combine a romance storyline with intense combat, where love can blossom at the end of the world
The game will feature voices in both Japanese and Korean and features famous Japanese voice actors from the anime industry, though the studio has yet to publically announce who is actually in the game.
Eternights will be released in Summer 2023 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via the Epic Games store and Steam

Eternights is a dating action game taking place at the end of the world. One day most of humanity and the world was transformed into horrific monstrosities by something or someone. For the sake of the ones you love, you fight to save them, for they are your entire world.
The game is a real-time 3D action game where you control one character, dodging, slashing, and casting spells at the enemy. During combat you can also rely on the power of love through confidant skills, having your companions appear to do powerful skills on the enemy.
The game also features a timed dodge mechanic, giving you the upper hand against the enemy as time gets slowed to a crawl, letting you unleash all manner of hell on them. You can also charge up your weapon, giving you a new set of devastating, but slower attacks.
And who knew that the end of the world made for such a great conversation starter? When you’re not in combat you can spend time getting closer to a cast of 5 quirky and cute characters. Getting closer to them unlocks new abilities and lets you learn more about them as the story progresses.
