Blizzard Entertainment announced that the action RPG Diablo 4 will be receiving an open beta test. The beta will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Battle.net on March 24 to March 26.
The open beta test will let you explore the early segments of Diablo 4, including a taste of the campaign via the prologue and the entirety of Act 1, letting you run around the Fractured Peaks as much as you want. During the beta, you can get your characters up to level 25, but you can continue playing the game as much as you want during the beta.
This beta is said to be a full preview of what’s to come when the game officially launches in terms of its gameplay, interface, and systems, though performance issues and outages may still occur. If you have pre-ordered the game, you can log in to battle.net to redeem an Early Access beta code to try the game out even earlier from March 17 to March 19.
Diablo 4 will be officially released on June 6.

▍About Diablo 4
Decades after Diablo 3, a legendary demon Lilith resurfaces on Sanctuary after the war between angels and demons left both sides completely weakened. Lilith seeks to create a refuge for those who seek to escape the conflict between angels and demons, to create a new race called the Nephalem.
You play as a Nephalem, and while your powers are vast, the inhabitants of Sanctuary and those outside of it remained threatened by your existence, so you take up arms to fight or the sake of the world, overcoming a great darkness combing the lands.
▍Diablo 4 Gameplay
Diablo 4 takes place on a much larger version of Sanctuary, featuring the same action-packed gameplay you’d come to expect from the series. Hack, slash, destroy, and obliterate foes standing between you and precious loot, as you level up your characters and customize their build to your play style.
The game features five playable classes, and each of these characters can also have their appearance customized, rather than have two forms to pick from. As you explore sanctuary you can also take back outposts to create safe havens around Sanctuary, restoring hope to the world and changing the landscape forever.
As you reach the end game you will unlock new dungeons and can enjoy PvP in dedicated zones, and can upgrade your characters through the Paragon Board system to increase their power even beyond the max level. The game will be introducing new paragon boards regularly and end-game dungeons will be randomly generated, allowing for endless amounts of slaughter.
