The succinctly named manga series by Eri Ejima, Young Ladies Don’t Play Fightin Games (Tai Ari Deshita. ~Ojо̄-sama wa Kakutо̄ Gēmu Nante Shinai~) is getting a live-action adaptation!
The announcement of the series adaptation also revealed the show’s visuals and cast, which includes Mizuki Kayashima as Aya Mitsuki, Ririka Tanabe as Mio Yorue, Akana Ikeda as Yū Inui, Riko Nagase as Tamaki Ichinose. The series is set to premiere later this year on May 19 on the streaming service Lemino with eight episodes.
Young Ladies Don’t Play Fighting Games also previously announced it would be getting an anime adaptation. Still, that announcement was made in January of 2021 and no significant updates on the project have been announced. The last update had an image of Mio Yorue holding a fight stick.
